Shipping policy

Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of items ordered. All wholesale orders will be shipped within 10 business days (Monday-Friday). This processing time does not include weekends or holidays. 

All orders include insurance so that you order can be replaced or refunded if it does not arrive. NOTE: I cannot refund or replace an order until it has been confirmed missing by the shipping service used. This can take up to three weeks. Ordering means that you accept this and that I am not responsible for orders lost through the mail service. I will do my best to replace or refund, but you must wait until it is confirmed missing by the postal service.
